- DELIVERY IN FRANCE
At Relay Points, packages are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
The choice of different relay points will appear after your payment and you can select the one closest to you.
For home delivery via Colissimo, the delivery time is 24 to 72 working hours.
- DELIVERY TO BELGIUM/LUXEMBOURG
At Relay Points, packages are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
To these countries we only offer delivery via Mondial Relay given the transport costs.

You have 14 days to make a return request.
Your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging with its label.
The product must then be returned within this 14-day period. The costs of returning a tracked parcel (to the company's address, no relay point) are your responsibility.
